Version History

VMS Building Manager (BM), Tenant, and External Workflows (Stage) are released independently, so their version numbers may differ. This page summarizes changes that affect users, with the newest month first. Internal refactoring, build changes, and routine maintenance are not listed individually.

September 2026​

Building Manager v1.6.4–v1.6.5​

  • Form templates support conditional visibility based on answers. Task templates can also define when individual forms become active.
  • The form designer supports static notes and multiline question labels.
  • Date ranges support a maximum number of days, with clearer feedback for template configuration errors.
  • Tickets show applicable fields based on conditions, with improved handling of read-only and disabled fields.

Tenant v1.5.7 / v1.6.0–v1.6.2​

  • Task creation activates applicable forms and fields based on answers and checks that required content is complete.
  • Forms and print previews support static notes. Date ranges are checked against the maximum allowed number of days.
  • Redesigned the My Visitors directory and editing dialogs. Companies and tags can be created from the visitor form.
  • Updated building and announcement card layouts.

External Workflows v1.5.3​

  • External approvals support conditional fields, static notes, and date range limits.
  • Added an approval timeline to show ticket progress.
  • Improved attachment image display in toolbox meeting follow-ups. Follow-up submissions update signatures only.

August 2026​

Building Manager v1.6.1–v1.6.3​

  • Added a tenant user selector field, plus character counts and limits for approval notes.
  • Moved guest notes into a side drawer and updated the approval timeline.
  • Access and scanner records use pagination to make large record sets easier to browse.
  • Improved expired attachment status for contractor personnel and failure messages for form attachment downloads.

Tenant v1.5.2–v1.5.6​

  • Application forms support tenant user selection and data scoped to the selected building.
  • Improved ticket printing, including print previews for PDF, image, and text attachments.
  • Added an approval timeline and scroll controls for form tabs.
  • Task name searches can match the full list. Improved validation feedback for file uploads and approval notes.

External Workflows v1.5.1–v1.5.2​

  • Organized toolbox meeting forms into sections, with supervisor signatures, signature quality checks, and loading of saved signatures.
  • Added supervisor follow-up approvals with original ticket image previews and batch completion of other eligible follow-ups.
  • Added uploads for guest note attachments and signature attachments.
  • Added character counts and limits for approval notes.

July 2026​

Building Manager v1.5.2 / v1.6.0​

  • Redesigned building management, contractor personnel, registered units, access records, and ID scanner pages.
  • Building settings support floor reordering by drag and drop and indexed navigation. Updated the template management entry point.
  • Tickets can display guest pre-entry requirements. Improved contractor personnel attachment upload status.
  • Added unsaved-change reminders when editing forms, with improvements to form layout and loading speed.

Tenant v1.5.1​

  • Only published building task templates are loaded.
  • Prevented users from selecting themselves as their own approver. Improved attachment uploads and approval status display.

  • Building settings support pre-entry requirements and guest notes.
  • Guest applications support tenant filters and exports with multiple worksheets. Export filenames include the filter context.
  • Updated approval action dialogs and improved approver replacement handling.

March 2026​

Building Manager v1.4.0​

  • Added preview and import of default form templates and task templates.
  • Improved building name validation, guest type labels, and template status feedback.

Tenant v1.4.0​

  • Enhanced account binding and waiting-state handling for SSO sign-in.
  • Added the Government visitor type and filtered out personnel who do not meet eligibility requirements.
  • Editing a ticket updates its approval fields. Receipt QR codes are retrieved only after the ticket is closed.

External Workflows v1.4.0​

  • Added toolbox meeting pages and personnel signing, with improved signature capture on mobile devices.
  • Added support for user account invitation notifications.

December 2025​
