📄️ External Workflows Overview
External workflows let you complete a specific VMS task from a secure link in an email or notification. They are used when an action belongs to you but does not require opening the signed-in BM or Tenant portal.
📄️ Ticket Approval
Use the approval link when a ticket has reached your approval step. The page shows the ticket content, its approval timeline, and only the actions available for your current permission and stage.
📄️ Registration, Invitation, and Password Reset
Use the secure account link in your notification to create the account VMS prepared for you, accept an invitation, or set a new password. The fields on each page come from the request or invitation, so they may differ by account type.
📄️ Toolbox Meeting and Signatures
Use this page at the work site to confirm the construction details and safety notice, then record who attended and signed. The meeting form brings in the ticket information and separates on-site signatures from the Hon Hai supervisor's post-signature.
📄️ Toolbox Meeting Follow-up Approval
Use this link when you are the Hon Hai supervisor assigned to add the post-signature after an on-site toolbox meeting has been submitted. The page is an approval task: it lets you review the saved meeting information and on-site signatures before completing your own signature.
