What is VMS?

Visitor Management System (VMS), a system for managing visitors. In general, anyone who is not a full-time employee is considered a visitor. Proper arrangements and management should be made for visitors entering and leaving buildings (factories/offices) and engaging in any activities. A universal platform for office automation is provided to effectively manage records of visitor activities in and out.

There are few universal VMS systems available on the market, most of which are company-specific registration systems (or paper-based). The Cloud Platform aims to provide a SaaS service that establishes a management service applicable to both internal enterprises and general commercial offices.

    • Contact the Building Manager (BM) to request an invitation as a register unit
    • Check your email for an invitation message
