Purpose

Before using VMS, users need to verify their email address. After verification, users can click the avatar in the upper-right corner to view personal information, account permission, and email address, and then open User Info or User Management.

Current user​

User Info lets users update their own profile, including:

  • User name
  • Email
  • Password

User Management​

Use User Management to create administrators or regular users.

Administrators can use the full management functions, such as:

  • User management
  • Building management
  • Template management

Regular users mainly have view access and basic operations.

Create a user​

Required fields:

  • User name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Permission

Edit a user​

In the user row, click More > Edit. The dialog shows the editable fields for that user.

Delete a user​

In the user row, click More > Delete. The system will ask for confirmation and remind you that deletion cannot be restored.
