Use Application Record to find tickets created for this building. It is the historical record view; use Inbox when the ticket needs your approval.
Use this table when you need to locate construction or garrison tickets across the building, rather than act only on work assigned in Inbox.
Use Contractors to maintain main contractors and their personnel. Personnel must be in this building and qualified before tenants can select them for construction or garrison work.
Use Events when you need a building-wide view of guest clock-ins and clock-outs. The dashboard reports the selected period and loads matching records from the server page by page.
External workflows let you complete a specific VMS task from a secure link in an email or notification. They are used when an action belongs to you but does not require opening the signed-in BM or Tenant portal.
You need a construction form that asks for the work type, requests extra information when needed, and goes to the right approvers. Configure those rules in Template Management > Form Templates.
Use Guest Applications to find a guest booking, review its visitor list, record entry or exit events, and check pre-entry evidence. Some operations require an administrator or the building control password.
Administrators use ID Scanners to manage devices under each license. A license card shows its activation limit and expiry; expanding it lists its scanners.
Use Inbox when an application needs your decision. It shows tickets assigned to your approval step; application tables are better for finding a record that is not waiting on you.
Use Inbox when a ticket needs your decision or when you need to check its approval progress. Open the ticket before acting so you can review the applicant's visible form answers, attachments, and approval history.
My Buildings is the starting point for work at a particular building. It lists your joined buildings and opens each building's announcements and contractor directory.
Use My Visitors to create reusable visitor records before you start a visitor request. The redesigned directory separates personal and shared records and makes it faster to find people by name, company, email, or tag.
The redesigned Building hub combines the current building profile, management group, and workspace cards. Choose a card for the job: Announcements, Contractors, Registered Units, Application Record, Events, and—when you are an administrator—ID Scanners, User Management, and Settings.
Use Building Manager (BM) when you need to configure a building, keep its people and tenant units current, and review applications. Start from Building for daily operations, Inbox for work assigned to you, and the application pages for a wider record search.
Use the Tenant portal when your company needs access to a building: create a request, complete its forms, follow its approval, and keep the people involved up to date.
A tenant needs construction access, but different work requires different information and approvals. Prepare forms and a flow first; tenants can then choose the template and follow its rules for each application.
Administrators use Registered Units to invite a tenant directly into the building and review its users, note, applicant types, and last login. The dashboard is searchable by company, ID, or note and summarizes units, accounts, recently active units, and units that have never signed in.
Administrators use the redesigned Settings workspace to maintain one building. Its indexed desktop sidebar groups Basic, People, Space, and Integration settings; compact screens use the same choices in a selector.
Construction work may need a general application, a safety confirmation, and an extra form for particular work. A task template combines these into one flow so tenants can complete the applicable applications within one task.
Create a task when you need to start a building workflow, such as a visitor, construction, garrison, or general request. One task can create several related tickets; complete the forms VMS presents for that task.
Use User Management when an administrator needs to add, update, or remove a BM account. Every user should verify their email before using restricted building actions.
Tenant administrators use User Management to add colleagues, choose their role, and set a default approver. Every user can also use the account menu to update their own profile.
