📄️ Overview
The redesigned Building hub combines the current building profile, management group, and workspace cards. Choose a card for the job: Announcements, Contractors, Registered Units, Application Record, Events, and—when you are an administrator—ID Scanners, User Management, and Settings.
📄️ Announcements
Use Announcements to prepare and publish building communications. Filter and sort the grid to find existing notices.
📄️ Contractors
Use Contractors to maintain main contractors and their personnel. Personnel must be in this building and qualified before tenants can select them for construction or garrison work.
📄️ Registered Units
Administrators use Registered Units to invite a tenant directly into the building and review its users, note, applicant types, and last login. The dashboard is searchable by company, ID, or note and summarizes units, accounts, recently active units, and units that have never signed in.
📄️ Application Record
Use Application Record to find tickets created for this building. It is the historical record view; use Inbox when the ticket needs your approval.
📄️ ID Scanners
Administrators use ID Scanners to manage devices under each license. A license card shows its activation limit and expiry; expanding it lists its scanners.
📄️ Events
Use Events when you need a building-wide view of guest clock-ins and clock-outs. The dashboard reports the selected period and loads matching records from the server page by page.
📄️ Settings
Administrators use the redesigned Settings workspace to maintain one building. Its indexed desktop sidebar groups Basic, People, Space, and Integration settings; compact screens use the same choices in a selector.
