Purpose
“Task Templates” define a complete application flow. A BM can bind multiple form templates into one task template. When a tenant creates a task, the system creates tickets based on the flow configured here.
Before you start
- Create the form templates you want to bind.
- Confirm the application type: general, visitor, construction, or garrison.
- To let tenants request to join a building themselves, create a valid join-building task template.
Steps
Import from default templates
If you want to create a flow quickly, import a system default template.
- “Import”: copy the selected default task template into the current building, then adjust the flow.
Edit info
Click “More > Edit Info” in the last column to update the template name and basic data.
Edit flow
In flow settings, you can add multiple steps, select the form template for each step, and decide whether each step is optional. After a tenant creates a task, the system creates tickets in this order.
Copy
You can copy an existing task template in the current building to create a new one faster.
- “Copy”: duplicate the selected task template, then update the name, info, or flow as needed.
Result
- When a tenant selects this template in “Tasks”, the system creates the corresponding task.
- The form templates bound by the task template become tickets under the task.
- For a join-building flow, tenants can select the building from “My Buildings” and submit the join request.
FAQ
- Tenant cannot find the template: confirm that the template exists in the same building and matches the selected application type.
- The task does not create the expected tickets: check whether the correct form templates are bound in the flow.
- Joining a building says no valid task template exists: create or fix the join-building task template.
