Description

The "Inbox" page enables users to receive tickets related to building access. Users can click on the tickets displayed in a table to view more details about them. In the ticket dialog box, users have the option to either "Agree" or "Reject the applicant".

Ticket details preview

Users can view the details of a ticket by adding ticket fields (from the "Form Template") in the User preferences. The user preferences can be found on the "User Popover" located on the upper-right corner of the window.
