Guest Application Overview

The Guest Application feature lets you filter and search guest applications within a specific time range. You can choose from options like today, this week, this month, this year, or set a custom range.

Note: Please be aware that users with "User" permission need a privilege password to operate the functions on this page. Please contact the administrator for permission. Administrators can configure this in Building Management > Building > Settings > Function Settings.

Guest Application Card

The Guest Application Card shows you all the info you need:

  • Ticket ID and Name
  • Check ticket: This opens the ticket details
  • Guest List: This includes the guest’s booking ID, type, company, job title, name, phone, entry requirement, and events.
    • Entry Requirement means the guest is in the database and has been approved.
    • Events: You can see the clock-in/clock-out events for the guest.
  • Check-in/ Check-out for all: This lets you check-in/ check-out all guests in the list.

Create Event

To create an event, click the “Create Event” button in the Event list dialog. You can fill in the event details like clock-in and clock-out times and guest pass numbers. The system will also fill in the basic info (you can edit it).

In the Event list dialog, you’ll see the following info:

  • Event ID
  • Event Clock-in and Clock-out times: You can click the clock-out button to set the current time as clock-out for the event.
  • Guest Pass Number
  • Action: You can edit the event.
