Purpose
Guest Applications is the central page for reviewing visitor applications, checking visitor details, creating entry and exit events, and exporting data. You can filter by time range, tenant, and visitor information. The time range can be today, this week, this month, this year, or a custom range.
If your permission is User, some operations on this page may require a privilege password. Contact an administrator if you cannot operate the page.
Before you start
- You are signed in to BM and have permission to view guest applications.
- Before creating entry or exit events, confirm that the application and visitor pass information are correct.
- Before exporting data, confirm the time range and tenant filters.
Guest application card
Each guest application card summarizes commonly used information:
- Ticket ID and name.
- Check ticket: opens the application details.
- Guest list: shows the visitor booking ID, type, company, job title, name, phone, entry requirement, and event records.
- Entry requirement: indicates that the visitor exists in the system database and has passed qualification review.
- Events: shows the visitor check-in and check-out records.
- Check-in / check-out for all: creates entry or exit events for all visitors in the list.
- History: shows past entry and exit records for the same visitor.
- Pre-entry required documents: if the building has enabled related rules in Settings, you can check whether the visitor has completed the required documents.
- Remarks: records or shows visitor remarks according to the building settings.
Steps
Search and export
You can export the current filtered results as an Excel file. If the data contains multiple tenants, the system organizes the file by tenant sheets. The file name also includes the current filter information so the export range is easier to identify.
Create an entry or exit event

In the guest list dialog, click Create Event. Fill in the check-in or check-out time, guest pass number, and other details. The system pre-fills part of the basic information, and you can adjust it if needed.
Event list

In the event list, you can see:
- Event ID.
- Event time: when the visitor leaves, click the check-out button to fill in the current time automatically.
- Guest pass number.
- Action: edit the event record.
Result
- Guest Applications becomes the main entry point for BM users to search visitor applications and event records.
- After an entry or exit event is created, the system keeps the event record.
- Exported Excel files follow the current filter results.
