Purpose

“My Buildings” lists the buildings your tenant unit has joined. You can enter a building to view announcements, contractors, and contractor personnel, or request to join another building.

Before you start

• Your account email has been verified.
• To request to join a building yourself, you must be a tenant admin.
• If a BM invites you, confirm that you have received the “Registered Units” invitation email.

Two ways to join a building

Steps

Request to join a building yourself

1. Open “My Buildings”.
2. Click the “+” button in the lower-right corner.
3. Search for and select the building.
4. Complete all required tabs in the join-building task template.
5. Submit and wait for approval.

If the system says the building has no valid task template, ask the BM to configure a join-building task template first.

Join by BM invitation

A BM can open “Building > Registered Units”, enter unit name, user name, and email, then send a registration invitation. After you receive the invitation and complete registration, you join the building directly. This path does not create a task, ticket, or approval flow.

Result

After joining, the building appears in “My Buildings”. Click “Enter Building” to view announcements, contractors, and contractor personnel.

FAQ

• “+” is not visible: confirm that you are a tenant admin and that your email is verified.
• Building cannot be found: confirm the building name or address, or ask the BM to check the building data.
• No available template when submitting: ask the BM to create a valid join-building task template.
• You received a BM invitation: use the invitation link to complete registration; you do not need to submit a request from “My Buildings”.
